Walk-in Advising Hours & Appointments

Walk-in Advising Hours

Walk-in advising for early registration for the Fall 2008 semester is available from Wednesday, March 26, 2008 through Monday, May 12, 2008. The hours are:

Monday: 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 10:00-12:00 pm & 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Friday: 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Scheduling Appointments

If you are unable attend the walk-in advising hours listed above then please call the ECE Office of Undergraduate Studies (405-3685) for an appointment with one of the professional advising staff. For a list of the advisors see Advising Staff and Contact Information. (We ask that you do not email requests for appointments. The lag-time between requests, responses, and confirmations too often proves excessively time consuming.)

Drop-Off Registration

For juniors and seniors who are not first semester transfer students, "drop-off" registration is an option. However, you can only use the drop-off option for 300 and 400-level ENEE course registration. If you do select this option please be sure to submit your pre-registration form at least a week in advance. Submit your form to the ECE Undergraduate Office, 2429 A.V. Williams Building. If there are problems with your schedule, such as missing pre-requisites, you will be required to schedule an appointment or come-in for walk-in advising with one of the staff advisors.

Office of Undergraduate Advising & Academic Support

Advisors in the College Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Support (OUAAS) are available for advising on a walk-in basis. Please visit their website for availability and contact information. OUAAS handles special exceptions to College and University policies, permission to enroll in courses at other institutions, and more.
